Shipment
Your order will be shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope. This way your order is well  protected during the delivery process. The envelopes are standard size so usualy the order will be delivered directly into your mailbox. This way you don’t have to stay home to accept the order.

What are the shipment and handeling costs?
Shipment is free for all orders within the EU. Outside the EU you pay € 10,00 shipping costs.

How long will it take for the order to be delivered to my adress?
Usually we will process your order in one or two days. Depending on were you live your order will be delivered within three working days (within the EU).

Returns
If you would like to return the product you can do so within seven days after shipment. Please send the product with reason of return in writing to creditcardhouder.nl. We will credit the ammount due, minus € 4,- administration and handeling fee, within 30 days after receiving the returned product.
